Brush: Trotter Handcraft Scoville/Synbad
Soap: Stirling Blood on Steel
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: Aqua Velva
Fragrance: Guerlain Vetiver
Consecutive Daily Shaves - # 933

I have a Penn Adjustable coming that I may or may not be able to get a modern blade to work in but this Non-Adjustable model is easy to set an Injector blade at your desired level of aggression. I noted the angle was a challenge for some areas to get for example the wtg (North to south) close under my nose but subsequent passes in other directions took care of any stubble. Got a nice close shave and would consider this a mild shaver if paying attention. Maintaining the proper angle allows you to buff and do multiple passes to clear the stubble and end with stellar results. Another win for a Vintage razor that can be used today with modern blades and a nod to my Birth State of Pennsylvania. Have a great day Everyone !

The blade has to be set all the way back to secure it or can it be adjusted a bit to increase exposure?

It can be moved forward or backward. I chose  where I felt it would be a balance of comfort and efficient but have moved it out some for the next use. When it is at this location there is a tendency when you tighten the handle for it to twist the blade some so care is needed to keep the exposure uniform.

After seeing Jeff Jgreenepa post again yesterday I felt the need to celebrate by bringing out my MK-1 Shake Sharp since he was the enabler behind my Shake Sharps. Just a tremendously enjoyable shave as it cleared the Baron's Choice brightly scented and creamy lather. I live to fight another day......................bring on the Coffee  Have a fun day everyone !!

Soap: Baron's Choice 1508.5 Project
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: Skin Bracer
Fragrance: Penhaligon's Lothair
Consecutive Daily Shaves - # 935

Great efficient shave with the Famex today and used the 1508.5 Baron's Choice again to get my free day to fall on Wednesday for Williams then. The Klenzo with the cheap Chinese boar is still shedding a ton of hairs (Dozen in 1st pass) and so was replaced with "The Kentuckian" by Knothead Brushworks for pass 2 and 3. The knot has been pulled and will be replaced with something that works without shedding like a cat in a room full of rocking chairs. Have a swell day One and All !

I admit to very little patience with a shedding knot but I gave a lot of latitude to this one and it just isn't enjoyable. Guy in the mirror is the only one I need to please. If Dave ain't happy ..........out it goes  Come to think of it a plaque  "NO Shedding Allowed" would be a cool addition to the den. May need to get one.........
