Razor: Gem Junior G3
Blade: Gem (1)
Brush: Techichi The Hive
Soap: Lakewood SOCP (1508.5 Project) WS23 ADDED
AS 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla 70
AS 2: Ethos Fresh Lime
Fragrance: Scuderia Ferrari Black

Here we are and I know there will be plenty of Menthol Monday shaves today. Since I'm working on a 1508.5 project of a soap with no menthol I added some WS23 Powder to the top of the soap before loading. I haven't used this in a long time and forgot a "little goes a long way" with it and have a VERY frozen face now. The Ethos Fresh Lime is a WS23 infused splash that only escalated the effect when it was applied. I got a drama free and sufficiently smooth shave with the new to me Gem Junior G3. Fun little set. Mine came with the metal handle but I have another uncased and boxed one coming that has the bakelite handle. Nice addition to my SE Razors. Have a GREAT day Folks !!

Hi Dave in KY I noticed you had all three Lupo plates and the .95 has replaced the GC_84P.
Interested to hear your views and comparison. I was considering the 72 Lupo but now leaning toward 95
GC_84P is as close to perfection as I need for a daily shaver and would not want any more aggro

As you know what is "PERFECT" for one person is "Dismal" for another. To me the .95 is a smoother and more efficient razor. If you like the .84 I feel you would like the .72 but LOVE the .95 Lupo. Stephanos1920 does an in depth comparison better than I could here in Post #244

Here's a Quote from it to sum it up:
"For those that really like
and enjoy to shave with the
GC 0.84-P sb,
Lupo 95 is a must-have razor." I hope this helps you some.

Well I ended up staying home from work. It's warmer south of us where I work but our road is a sheet of ice as is my steep concrete driveway. I went to see if feasible to get out and head south. Our gravel parking area has the gravel all frozen together like a bumpy ice skating rink I was sliding on. Staying home.

MilkCrate and Dave, I hope you all stay safe and warm. Heavy snow and ice knocks us Maine folk out every late winter or early spring. A few years ago, I slid down my driveway, with the CR-V slowly spinning in circles. And to add insult to injury, we could see the sand that was laid down earlier UNDER the ice.
