I think a way to "favorite" posts or replies to come back to them easily would be awesome, I often find some great info in a reply or post and then have a hard time finding it again.

Thanks for the contest/giveaway. There's really not much that I feel needs to be changed on the site. I love the design and cleanness of it. Additionally I love the atmosphere of this forum which is very different from others I've seen. The only tweak for me would be when you click into a specific thread there isn't a way to change the order of the thread (at least I havent found a way to do it). So it displays the original post first and then follows with replies made after that. This is how it should be especially if you're viewing the thread for the first time. However, if you've been engaged in the thread and have been following it, it would be nice to toggle it in the other direction so you can view the latest replies first.

I think a section or sub forum that encourages regional monthly or quarterly meet-ups would be great. They could go by state or regions within a state. Meet-ups could be to show off gear, trade, swap, or just to chill.

My thoughts are adding a sub section for reviews of the SOTD products in more detail. I would also like to see a change in the DFS logo, maybe an image not depicting a beard? Thanks for listening to a new wet shaver ans DFS was the first internet location I joined to recieve wet shave information.

Only possible thing i can think of now is a "view my posts" tab under my profile tab. I love the simplistic use of this forum. Thank you andrewjs18 and the rest of the DFS for this and other giveaways that make it possible for us to get involved and try out some great gear.

I would like to see more debate. I don't want to see fighting but arguments are like sugar and the bystanders are like flies. It's a good bit of theatre and will create a lot of posts, I think. For instance - gather feedback on Synthetic Brushes vrs Natural Brushes with respect to animal welfare. Ask readers to post a response to: "Do you think harvesting fur bearing animals for shave brushes is ethical and sustainable? Tell us you opinion and your reasoning."

This will get the discussion going - big time.

Then in a week, you can ask a different, perhaps controversial, question. Eg. Melt and pour vrs. Processed soaps?

Etc. etc.

More activity in the straight razor subforum. Seems like most of the posts are shavette related.
