Thank you everyone, based on the lather channels I thought it was Gen1.

I liked the G1 cap better than the G2 top cap. Seemed to be smoother.

I think this thread is intended to assist members before they purchase anything collectible or pricey.

It’s a Community Feedback thread.  A shortcut to getting some opinions/feedback faster.  I spend hours looking for information on razors and nothing. 

Are you making an eBay purchase for an RAW RS-10 Razor, both mild and aggressive plates.  Also included is an R5 Stand. The entire kit is brand new unused, in its original state and packaging. You want to know if $2900 plus tax is a good price?

Retail on the Razor with both plates when available was $365 USD. The R5 Stand was $225 USD.  Brand New Unused in its original packaging.  Seller has flawless feedback and multiple shaving item related sales. 

$3100 and change with tax is the ultimate flip.  Yes, it’s unobtanium….. you’re going to pay some juice that’s implied on this razor.  I think I would pay $1250ish neighbourhood for that rig, $3100+ is madness.

Your friend is very lucky. That's a gen. 1 level 2 with the stars and stripes handle. Very hard to track down in copper. That handle especially. Trust me, I know this first hand.

Hard to say for value. Depends if he's a close friend or not I imagine. A few years back $250-300 would have been reasonable - today, prices have skyrocketed unless you get lucky.

Copper Charcoal Goods Stars And Stripes handle in its original state. 

$75usd retail when offered. Current Value? I’ll pay $225 for it, shipping on my dime too.

This handle was a VERY small run.  Like small small.  

Level 2 Copper SB base plate.  This plate had a price range of $85-$125USD.  Looks as good as the handle in its original state. I’d love to see the other side of it but I’m guessing it’s as flawless as the bottom. I’ll pay $150+ usd for that plate only because it would be a backup. I do have a couple questions about the base plate but I’m sure it’s just the pixels

Top Cap……first glance….crisp af lines throughout.  100% original state.  Without seeing the bottom I would have to take your word it’s Gen 2.  Original retail cost was $85-$125.  I’ll pay 175+usd

Packaging is original.  

Tell you what, let’s go $675 and postage on me. Cool?  What’s your PayPal?

100% Base Plate is a Gen 1. Lather channels on Gen 2 are 2 plus the hole in the middle. 

Top Cap, I would have to see the bottom but if you look at these…. Left is gen 1, right is gen 2

2 iKon SS Razors Circa March 2014
Original Packaging (black and white)
I believe the dual comb to be an OSS and the OC just what it is, iKon Short Open Comb.  

The handles and heads are matte.  The word ikon with the skull is machined in.  Two very different base plates however the top caps fit either plate.  They are NOT original run, can’t be, I thought original run iKon were numbered?

Both are pretty mild shavers and fairly smooth. Certainly WELL made!

I’m looking for any info to help with valuations, thank you!
