Colt-Ainer Jars

Blow dryer on high for a few minutes. Great way to loosen labels.
Then gently peel the labels and affix to the Colt lids. Works great.

Hats off to vtmax  for pointing us towards Colt-Ainer’s superb containers. I filled one with the contents of a rusting tin of Mike’s Vetiver. Now I feel like I’ve got a brand new pot of soap. Thanks, too, for the advice on removing the label. The blow dryer did the trick.

Looks good Bouki! When that Vetiver is all finished in 3017 () blow dry, peel, wash the lid for another soaps label. It really gives new life to a soap. Jar feels great in the hand too.

These are back in stock at Maggards and are worth grabbing. Best soap container I've come across and will hold up to lots of use. I grabbed a few more.

Nice update Marcos. 149 in stock, nice! There my favorite too. I love the sturdiness and low profile.

Why don't someone just point the maker of this soap to this thread, let him consider changing his packaging.
Because my wife makes all my shaving soaps I use the small rebbermaid containers sold at discount stores, nothing fancy but they work and are always available
