I had a hard time finding them on Maggard's website too. I just typed "empty jars" or something like that in the search box and they came up.

I had to buy some Fine Italian Citrus Soap and AS while I was there. Whoops. I wasn't paying that shipping for three jars.

Yup, the shipping was steep which is why I picked up 8. Almost got 10 but thought it might be overkill. BTW, there were 65 yesterday early afternoon!

P.S. I think DFS will have successfully sold all of maggards jars by tomorrow. Which would only be 2 days!

The shipping kind of kills it for me. There would have to be something else on my Maggard shopping list to justify also getting the jars. That’s why I wish they would just always have them in stock. But last time they did, the exact same thing happened. That time there were about 110 to begin with, and I think they were gone in less than four days. A popular item, clearly. (And it piques my curiosity — do people really buy that many loose pucks, or are they transferring soaps from other jars into these ones? Probably both…)

Yea I hear you. I almost went for the $75 just to get free shipping, but I held back. They came out to roughly $4.35/jar for me, so it was not bad.

For me, I'm going to use them for loose pucks. I'm actually going to be short on jars for the amount of pucks I have coming with the ones I have at home, but I will probably just save those extras until I finish something off. I'm sure others also buy them to transfer an existing soap or to just have something classier and easier to load in.

Almost forgot to mention. If you get two jars, it's like 4 dollars to ship, and you'll only end up spending $10..

About five dollars for something I could use for years isn’t too bad. But then I start thinking, for a little over double the price, I could get the jar and a soap in it… Smile

Thankfully, I have at least one empty Colt-Ainer and several empty Parkway jars, so I should be good for, what, a few days weeks months…

there were 22 left before I ordered...I picked up 4. the shipping was $7.83 for the 4 jars, 3 aftershaves and 2 aftershave samples. not terribly high.
