I recently aquired this well known brand Rocket Appartmento very nice Italian Esspresso machine and it makes amazing Esspresso I get extractions like honey..but that takes skill and varies on what type of beans your using and so forth most importantly grider is the key without a decent grider it would be hard to get that desired level of Esspresso but that’s something that we learn everyday and it’s enjoyable!!

Jealous! What a fabulous set up. I've got a Breville and it's merely ok. I can get decent espressos but the brew varies (even when I hold everything constant) and the Rocket must be fabulous.

I had breville too as well they great no questions about it but Rocket checks all boxes that you’ll apprecite the most and quality of coffee..

It’s not cheap at first but in long term it’s worth it and will pay off..

The key to all is good quality grinder as Eureka Specialita then you can dial up and down to that desired consistently and grid quality for prefect extraction.

My coffee atm is truly another level and taste as well yet if you travel to Italy and see coffee shops you’ll have great reminder at home owning Rocket.

Cheers

What grinder are you using? If it is the Breville with the built in grinder it is wholly inadequate. With a decent grinder the Breville should be much better.
