I would like to acquire a Blackbird in black oxide with a long handle (preferably 1 gen) in excellent condition in exchange for my Blackbird with machined finish in immaculate condition. Please send me a PM if interested.

By Gen 1 I'm assuming you mean the original pre order/Kickstarter? If so then I'm out, but if you mean the few couple batches then I have a batch 2 black oxide with the 101mm handle.

I did not have a chance to try any Bird from the Kickstarter stage, but my understanding is that the initial full production runs came with the same design of the baseplate - sharper corners and edges.

Though I prefer the initial design, I would be fine with the batch 2.
