If you're still searching, Maggard's has the MR11, which I believe is their version of the Ikon bulldog handle. It's 79.75mm (3.14 inches). They also sell a travel handle at 56mm. All of their handles should be Stainless. I have the MR11 and can definitely say I like it.

I believe they can be had for around $15 plus shipping. Not too bad, imo.
