For our "errand day" breakfast today, my wife made her excellent cinnamon buns.

As she said, "I didn't follow this exactly. Didn't really measure. Added waaaay more sugar to the dough than the 4T it called for. I added it and tasted to make sure it was sweet enough. I probably used more than called for of things like cinnamon, etc. Oh, and I also added walnuts. I did not roll out, but just dropped large spoonfuls onto baking sheet. And took them out when they looked done. They would probably turn out a lot better if you actually followed the recipe and rolled them out."
