I've had similar issues before and I'm on a Mac. Mine seemed to come from the ISP. I did read something about an android virus recently - apparently you can't get rid of it. Steve Jobs' revenge.

this should be resolved for most. if not, it should be resolved once the domain name's TTL expires and renews.

I'm okay since roughly two hours ago. I couldn't get in at all this morning running Chrome on a Macbook Pro.

Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies as well as rebooting your PC. Your ISP is probably still caching the wrong site IP for the domain name.
