through the browser or tapatalk? if it's through the browser, you may need to clear its cache & cookies. ssllabs.com says every Android OS version from 2.3.7 to current properly completed the TLS handshake.

I wouldn't recommend doing that to a phone.

How are you posting now then? Any errors?

Phone or computer/laptop? What operating system?

I'm definitely not downgrading the TLS settings again so if it's an older device, you're going to need to upgrade.

Mobile data on my iPhone. I can't access the site using my wifi. PC, tablet or phone as long as I am using my wifi connection. All are new-ish. iPhone 6, iPad Air 2.
