Can we get links bar moved?

I think it'd be a lot more user friendly this way, just a thought...

The bar is made that way for the mobile swap; when you visit the site on smaller device then the whole menu slides away and opens on tap. If the thing is that you want the whole menu bar visible on scroll then there are other ways to achieve that. Is that what you want to achieve with this change?
