Camera Mount Question for YouTubers

I'm thinking about trying a few videos, and I'm curious about phone mounts.  I plan to use my Android phone as my camera.  I have one of those huge mirrors that covers the entire wall above the sink, so the only thing I really have to work with is a suction cup mount.  It needs to be able to stretch straight out from the wall, but be short enough that it's not right in my face while I'm shaving.  I'd also like to be able to remove it when not in use.  I haven't been able to find anything yet that really fits that need.

Does anyone have any mount recommendations?  Pictures of your current set up would be really helpful.  Maybe even a mirror shot that shows the type of mount and where it connects to the mirror in relation to where you stand.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Still helpful. I do have some shelves over on one side, but they're not really shaped well for putting my phone over there.

In that case a cheap flexible foot phone tripod from Walmart etc would maybe do it.

Garrett, I remember The Chief (Corey) mentioned being very pleased with his phone mount, back when he was making YouTube videos. Perhaps he will post, or you could send him a PM, either way, good luck with the new endeavor!

gwsmallwood btw, the arm on that mount will rotate up and down, so you can rotate it to where the back of the phone is really close to the mirror.
