Perhaps it's a bit early in the morning for me to see this clearly but in the theoretical situation someone does purchase this bowl (highly unlikely) is the seller not asking for considerably more than the usual price of the bowl (more than $700 over his usual price)?
He does make very nice bowls.

'{A note to the ever vigilant supporters of my shop: I know what you are thinking, the price is preposterously high. I can assure you, I haven't finally lost it! This bowl has been submitted for consideration in the 2022 Etsy Design Awards, which carries a grand prize of $20,000. So, if you can't live without it, I'd be happy to sell it for $1 over the grand prize amount, non refundable of course. However, I'd recommend you just message me for a pre-order bowl!}'
