Maybe it's me but I'm at a loss with this whole saga:
First: A bad business deal gets dragged through the forum.
Second: Phil decides to contract these razors out on his own to a machine of his choosing. The machine shop neglects to put the bevel on the comb making the razor un-operable. Whoever inspected and packaged the razors did not catch the error, and the razors were sent out. Phil does the right thing and credits everyone who received the razor.
Third: Phil makes the decision to send out " machine finished " razors in the condition as we have seen above.
As I say I'm really at a loss.
