Brush makers on the horizon

I posted this thread in another place as well but thought I'd give it a rip here.

It seems I missed the chance to get a nice Rooney with heritage hair, a nice Morris and Forndran, a nice Wiborg, and potentially a nice Varlet when they were more plentiful. I came into the hobby late, starting in January of last year. Day late and a dollar short on everything although I'd happily buy any of those brushes if they were readily available.

Do any of you see the next Wiborg or the next Morris and Forndran out there right now as far as an up and coming brush maker that one could easily obtain a brush from? For once I'd like to get in on the ground floor of something before they get so busy they either disappear or have a year long waiting list.

What have you guys found? Who turns great brushes and has some really nice hair? Shavemac seems to be the only brush maker I can count on. Any other new brush makers out there that are innovating and making some nice luxury brushes? Diamonds in the rough?

What about wolf Wiskers? He makes really good looking brushes and it's only 3 month or so wait list. Went by fast it felt though.
He has many different handle and knot options and will even try to do custom shapes and colors.

Or are you talking about commercial brush makers?

I'm not sure "commercial" is the right word but perhaps luxury is? And the fact that they source their own knots?

I do not want this to sound elitist and I want to try to phrase this properly. No disrespect to Wolf Whiskers and some others out there like Nathan Clark but when you look at a Paladin, or a Wiborg, or a Morris and Forndran, there is just a little something extra special about them. Whether it's the inscription/engraving, the styles of handles, the materials, colors or what have you, the aforementioned brushes just have a luxury type feel.

The point of the thread was to see if there is something out there like that I'm missing out on, so that I can go find them and buy a brush before its near impossible. Once popularity surges in this hobby a manufacturer like a Paladin or Varlet can become inundated and then the brushes become very scarce. I just want to know if anyone has had a new discovery that they want to share as far as this goes.

Todd those look pretty interesting actually. He has some great handle shapes. Wonder what kinda knots he has...have enough synthetics want more badger at this point.

No disrespect to any other fine Brush Makers. But Bernd is easy to contact, no wait lists, no timed releases, no settling for something because the one you want sold.

You really can't go wrong with any brush from Shavemac.

I have always had great experiences with Shavemac and Bernd as well and the knots are among if not the best I have used.
