I seen a link to this razor online... http://bromanshaving.com/

From the photos and videos I've watched, it looks like it uses a simple handle with a pivoting head that takes half a DE blade. It's up on Indiegogo for 25 euros, which includes: 1x Broman Razor set. Includes heavy weight die cast razor, 60 quality Swedish steel blades (that's 6 months supply!), blade stand and razor travel pouch.

for how cheap it currently is, I'll probably back it just to see how it does shaving my head..

Here's some photos taken from their site:

Saw this recently, too, and it looks like an interesting razor, even though the prominently displayed name is either a last name, or a cheesy play on words, depending on if you’re looking at it in Swedish (Bridgeman) or English (Bro Man). Smile

The concept reminds me a lot of the Leaf Razor.

Interesting. I like the fact that we can be exposed to these things here. There is another site that bans vapor/kickstarter type discussion. Let me decide if it's worthy or not.

the positive to the leaf razor over this one seems to be that we can adjust the aggression levels on the leaf razor by using 1, 2 or 3 blades.

that aside, having a cheap razor with a pivoting head that uses cheap DE blades will really make it hard to justify sticking to cart razors, IMHO.

the site's purpose is first and foremost about discussing wet shaving gear. kickstarter and indiegogo are vehicles to help deliver wet shaving gear to the masses, and thus, in my opinion, should be allowed to be shared when discussing new products coming out in the market.

Razor looks gimmicky AF, like a single bladed cartridge head.

I don't expect much for 25 euros, to be honest. the benefit is that we can use whatever DE blade we prefer.
