When up at camp I like to cook on the gas grill on the deck. Even breakfast.
I made egg/cheese/meat english muffin sandwiches.

The sausage can go right on the grill grate. I cook the scrapple and then eggs on an ancient cast iron griddle placed on the grates (no side burner). The muffins get toasted right on the grate.

Lovely to be out on the deck bright and early watching the world awake. Plus clean up is a snap. I have done bacon on the grill grates. Like the sausage all the fat goes into the grills collection tray. No mess or fuss.

Looks delicious Phil! For some reason camping makes food taste 5x better. Even a plain old pb&j tastes gourmet when your in nature. My family and I love camping, but I have been so busy with school the past few years we haven't been able to go. Next weekend, however, we are finally getting to go. It will be my youngest's first time. Perhaps I'll give the breakfast on the grill a go. Thank you for sharing.

Phil, that looks wonderful and I have no doubt that it tastes every bit as good as it looks. Smile

Everything taste better while camping or on vacation than it does at home. Gorgeous view. Looks like a great place to spend the weekend.
