Agree with others: brass and bronze feel softer but also have stiction and drag to my experience. Wanted to love Ti but in the end it is dead re feedback and too light. Despite searching the product universe of high end razors for ultimate material, have come to accept SS as the best for heft, feel, feedback and lack of resistance - it also is easiest to clean and maintain.
I used to have the Karve CB brass but have the Karve SS now. I preferred the look and feel of the brass tbh. The SS is more durable of course and both shave excellent. The craftsmanship is excellent. It requires some more maitenance if you don't want a patina to form but it's easy to clean off with a toothpaste and toothbrush.
