Sorry you're having issues with it. Anytime I have needed to contact Maggard's with an issue they have been very receptive and shown very good customer service, so hopefully you will be able to work out an understanding that every one can live with.

They will practically bend over backwards to fix it if you email them.

Any closure to this story? Maggards is one of my favorite vendors, so I am very interested in hearing how this plays out...

They sent me a new head. I'm waiting for it to arrive and hope it fixes the issue. Really want to shave with the new razor.

Got in time for shave today. This one has much more movement. Was a good shave.
