Hey Shane. I think this is a cool concept and I am one of your buyers. Excited to see how it works in person.

With these limited runs have you considered laser engraving the piece number like (xx/90 for batch 002) on the razor? Feel like this might increase the collectibility of these razor experiences even further.

Maybe we’ll do serial numbers for a future Batch. I don’t tend to like serial numbers because they clutter designs and some people are obsessed with getting a specific number. Every Batch is different though so it’ll probably happen at some point.

Thanks for the reply. I agree about the PITA it would be to have people writing to request specific numbers all day long. I think you are spot on with your design aesthetics , so if you say additional numbers would create clutter, I’ll take it on faith.

Excited to see how batch 002 works once it is in hand!

it looks like a hollowed out foil shaver that uses a DE blade rather than having an electric razor head.

if anyone gets one and is willing to let me try it out for some head shaves, I'd like to give it a try. I always seem to try to find a razor to 'replace' my gillette skin guard for head shaves, but I've yet to find something that I reliably reach for more than my skin guard.

Thanks for the video Shane Blackland Razors.  I thought it gave excellent answers to the questions "Why would I buy this razor?" and "How would I use it?"  Unfortunately, I ran across the video after the drop, but FWIW I'm down for a replay if there is one.
