I usually have to shave every day, but yesterday I shaved with my new Vector with an AC Feather Super blade, and despite one knick, came away with an incredibly close shave.  Comparable to one of my old Krona shaves, but a day later!  Wow, I’m not going to have to shave today!  I did learn in the meantime  that the Feather Super that I used is if not the sharpest, one of the sharpest AC blades.  Has that been anyone else’s experience?

Enjoy your shaves,

Pro Supers increase the blade exposure, effectively giving you a more aggressive and efficient shave. I’m not sure if they are any sharper. My guess is that they aren’t, but I don’t actually know.

Thanks, Shane, love the Vector’s design.  I’ve used other AC razors, but the elegance and sleekness of the Vector’s head makes the transition from a smaller DE razor much easier.  Some of your competitors razors were large and unwieldy making the experience like dragging a mini plow across one’s face. Great design!

Enjoy your shaves,

Jeff

This is an example of the 'razor acquisition disorder' ... speaking only for myself  Rolleyes  I have the 2nd run of the Bullgoose SE, and the first of the ATT SE. Also the Feather folding straight that takes the pro and super pro blades.

These are awesome shavers with those blades ... so why do I want a Blackland Vector ???

Dunno ... but I do !  Tongue

As far as the blades, they are great blades and I just proceed with caution when using them in any of the aforementioned tools. One of these days I'll pick up a polished Vector.

I am seriously considering selling all my razors with the exception of the Vector, one of my two brass Karves, and my AS-D2.

Enjoy your shaves,

Jeff
