Barring an epic USPS failure I should receive my Sabre around lunch time Thursday. First shave should be Friday morning. Already geeking out. Can't wait.

I'd like to hear your thoughts.

I ordered a polished blackbird as well so I'm not sure which I'll use first.

I can't wait to hear what you guys think of the Sabre (and the Blackbird)!

The vast majority of orders shipped today. The rest will all go out tomorrow. I am anxiously looking forward to the end of this week when the first reviews start coming in.

Got my shipping notification too.

That is some serious efficiency that Blackland has going for them.

Incredible service all the way around.

It ships with three PTFE-coated stainless steel Personna GEM blades. These last 5-10+ shaves so you should be set for at least a couple weeks before you'll need to get some more. There are only a handful of GEM blade options so you might consider grabbing a few different 5 packs to compare with the coated stainless blades.

Amir, I would start with the Sabre as the Blackbird Polished DE is quite efficient (has a lot of blade feel) with the first use, so it may take you some time to acclimate to it. The Sabre might be more forgiving if you have used SE shavers.
Good luck. Shy
