Undetermined, but I’d expect in the $135-$145 range.

If the shave follows the concept of the intentions of the aircraft, "all-weather interceptor aircraft" we will be fine. Maybe it will grow on me, price is right!

Totally fine! It’s impossible to design something that everyone loves so I don’t bother trying. At the very least anyone can throw on their own handle and be off to the races.

The more I look at it I can perceive some functionality to the part of the design I think looks bad. One for the way I hold the razor and one for weight balance.

I see that someone already shared the comparison video that's on YouTube...
blackbird vs dart
...seems like he prefers the dart but concludes that the blackbird is more efficient, has more blade feel, easier to find the correct angle due to the geometry of the head and required less buffing/touch ups to complete the shave.

Strange how all of that would still allow the dart to have the upper hand but oh well...YMMV and all of that. ?

Around 33' of Gnomeo's video comparison he gives a final assessment and noted that the Dart was more efficient, but he could buff more with the Blackbird.

He also commented on a subsequent video review by 'Ken's Shaving & BS'ing'
www.youtube.com/watch?v=nUyVOiB5wII

and states -- 'Great review brother! I really digged the Dart over the Blackbird, which is also a great razor, but I prefer the blade feel and efficiency of the Dart' and hopes his wife will buy him a Dart.

Got to wonder why Ken got so many thumbs down?

The reviews are great, but I’m not entirely sure I understand why every reviewer has so far compared the Blackbird and the Dart. I’d be interested in a more apt comparison between razors at and around the same price point.
