https://youtu.be/Fn7YztAzO3A , even if you don't fully disassemble and dry the razor parts, you can at least loosen it. I find this SAVES time over leaving it tight, because it is easier to get all the gunk rinsed out. I leave it loose to air-dry, and tighten it again for the next shave.
Titanium has a different corrosion potential from both stainless and brass, so galvanic corrosion is a possibility. Even if the razor is all titanium though, the blades are stainless (though possibly plated with yet another metal). Loosening and air drying should go a long way toward reducing/preventing corrosion.
The slowest-drying area will probably be the threads. However, if the cap (post) and handle are the same metal, there should not be any galvanic corrosion between them.
