Thank you
to me the blade feel is mild, but very efficient. for comparisons, I have and love my ikon tech and muhle r41, both of those are definitely SUPER aggressive. I was shocked at how well my blackbird SB shaved me considering I didn't "feel" the blade as much as I do with the other 2 aggressive razors I mentioned.
I love it...only razor I've used in the past few months to shave my neck and cheeks.

I believe Blackland Razors gives everyone a risk-free 30-day trial for his razors (assuming you buy new).

That's correct. If you don't love it, send it back within 30 days.
Although the blade gap of the Blackbird sits in what could be considered “medium” territory, I believe there is more blade exposure than in a lot of other razors with a similar blade gap. However, the blade curvature and the design in general makes for a very tight-fitting blade, and superb cutting efficiency.
I find the Blackbird to be almost addictive. The shaves are very close, without being harsh. Learning to fully appreciate my Blackbirds took a while. If you get one, be sure to use it for at least a good 10–15 shaves in a row to really get acquainted with it. (Occasionally switching blades can obviously also make a difference, though I’ve noticed that the Blackbird performs well with even some of my least favorite blades.)

Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”
