My bias was to only consider the dispenser colour - that stated, never encountered the hanging box style dispenser, wonder if it simply 2 hard plastic yellow dispensers inside?

Yep, they did raise it. However, the cost of shipping up to that threshold is uber-low... Like $3 and change for me in NY.

You are correct, according to the info I got from Mr. Sakaide of Feather. They all have the same plastic dispenser inside.
