Also ordered a set. And why?  Because, as you say,Marko, "Hoping it does please the lovers amongst us."  For me, well, my wife who recently -- sadly, inexplicably -- came out and told me she doesn't like bay rums.  Quelle horreur!  Now, What am I supposed to do with all the splashes I purchased because of this thread?  Sad.

There’s plenty of places where you can meet potential new wives. 

Just kidding. You can try not wearing it around her. You can just use the soaps and close the door while you’re shaving. Or you can just do it in the full confidence that she will come around eventually. Marriage is about compromise.  

I also recommend that you keep buying different bay rums until she likes one.

Tried a bunch!  And I've a bottle for using on the road, but while the idea of jettisoning the wife had an attractiveness, it was a decidedly close call but she won out.

Your wife doesn’t like the bay rums you’ve tried so far! You can’t possibly have tried them all… yet? I’d take that as a challenge to keep trying new ones until she likes one. You’ll win her over.

Filled the Bay Rum Skin Food Splash today. 
Had to filter it 4 times after using the stick blender on the infusion. Don’t know if you can see it in this photo but it almost looks like coffee with a little cream in it and it’s in a clear glass bottle. 
A lot of work and time making it from scratch, watching over the infusion and then filtering it numerous times but I’m really excited about releasing this one to see what you guys think.

He will get the whole family. I’ll make sure of that. You know Carmine he’s a very dedicated father and his kids activities so he’s usually a little late to the party but trust me he will get all the new releases.

He’s the best. I had a (email) chat with him last week so I knew he was putting in an order but I wasn’t sure if he was getting everything.  Thanks for the update.

Have you had a chance to use ‘Grog Two’ Marko? I had the original ‘Grog’ and thought it was a pretty good Bay Rum inspired scent. I’m tempted to snag this one as well, but I’d be curious to hear your thoughts on it.

I used it today. It’s a decent bay rum. I have the original but I haven’t done a side by side yet. There is no clove or spice of any kind in it. At least not to my nose. It definitely has a place in the bay rum rotation.  Have you tried T+S Baygere? A bay inspired fougere or a fougere inspired bay rum. It’s decent and worth having if you enjoy bay rum
