120, my guess would be that the 31 is a reference to Halloween-though knowing Will it probably has some more subtle significance.
You've got to hand it to Will for the extra touches: My Hallows came today, wrapped in black tissue with a seal, and in the package was a button, a note, and a little package of candy corn. Thoughtful little touches of appreciation, class act

For the Hallows, my guess would also be that itâ€s something related to Halloween. When it comes to Seville, I remembered seeing this on another thread:

The four political parties of Seville after the end of Francisco Franco's dictatorship.
Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

Add Happy birthday Will!
Nothing beyond what one would expect from the natural transformation of a year-old, used soap. To my nose, the labdanum seems to intensify a bit as Hallows ages. In reality, it may be simply that the vetiver and cedar fade a bit. I'm speaking only to the lathered soap. Casual users won't likely notice this.
If you have 2015 Hallows, the only reason to buy 2016:
- You want the Glissant base.
- You want the new label/packaging.
- You want to stock up.
All of which are good reasons, in my opinion.
