And LGC EDP?

It is true, yes. They're EXORBITANTLY expensive to manufacture and, in the fougère craze that followed the release, they became no longer viable as production soaps.

As for the LGC parfum (pure parfume, rather than an EdP), I still need to contact wyze0ne about his offer to engrave a bottle for me. With the packaging overhaul and the launch, I just haven't had the spare moment yet. The perfume itself does exist, though, and currently resides in a sealed, wrapped jar in the lab refrigerator.

Is it easier to produce a solid cologne? I've never tried a solid frag but have seen them sold. Does this allow you to bypass some of the regulations?

No to both of those questions. Big Grin

I completely forgot about that & definitely didn't see anything about it (I could have easily missed it though). I was truly interested in this. Barrister_N_Mann, clue us in please!

It does indeed exist in a jar, but I cannot find someone who's willing to engrave it for me. Since we're located in the middle of nowhere, it can be a little tough to find. However, as soon as I'm able to find a glass engraver for it, I will fill the bottle and put it up for auction. Smile

Have you considered something as pedestrian as 'things remembered'?

Perhaps a localbtrophy shop or jeweler?

Things Remembered sucks, don't take it there. A local trophy shop that does laser engraving is the better option. That's basically the type of place that I work at although we do a lot of other stuff too. I just thought I would offer it up because I stand by the quality of work that we do and know that our engraver would do a good job with it. I understand that it may not make a lot of sense to ship the bottle halfway across the country to have it engraved when you might have a local option, but my offer still stands Will.

This was actually why I mentioned it. I know you'll stand by the work and know how important it is to us. Smile

Will, do you have an ETA on Cheshire and Seville in the new Glissant base a packaging? I finished Cheshire about a month ago and just exposed the plastic on the bottom of my Seville package.

Thanks!

Seville is next on the list and will be finished within a month. We're actually heading out to get the jars next week, then we'll just be waiting for the labels to be completed. Cheshire will take a bit longer; not super sure about that one yet, but we're hoping to have everything changed over by September 1.

I had my first shave with Adagio today. The scent is very nice and it has a nice touch of menthol. It does remind me of Dickens but I do notice the green notes in the background. I believe the description on B&M is accurate, and I'd say anyone who likes Dickens will probably like Adagio.

Adagio was delivered to me yesterday and had my first shave with it shortly after. Love the scent, and building excellent lather is effortless. Last time I had Adagio was a sample spring last year and so I've been thinking about this scent for awhile.
