You have just made my day Will!

I take it Vetyver Santal will not be one of those making an appearance... or will it  Big Grin

Barrister_N_Mann we have a mob with torches and pitchforks that says otherwise Tongue Wink.

But in all seriousness: :'(

Edit: I have a puck also Freddy, but I just would love it in Glissant. That's the perfect combo for me.

I wouldn't say a mob with torches and pitchforks... That's more suited for the Roam crowd  Big Grin

Good point Jerry! I suppose it would make sense to wait on those, to see which of the new aftershaves will become popular before releasing them as soaps. In any case, the scent I received in the tester sample was awesome and would make a great soap.

And I thought I heard a "probably" there too Tongue. I didn't know other folks were as into Vetyver Santal as I am. We should start a cult lol.

Well if we do that then I'd suggest we add LLC and Petrichor to the list as well.  A glissant version of those would be nice and a matching Aftershave of the Petrichor, that would smell divine.

I didn't know about Petrichor but just looked it up. It sounds great! Big Grin

Will, do we have to sacrifice a lamb or something?

Petrichor doesn't get much air time but its one of my favourites (ok, I admit it they're all my favourites) and its a vegan soap as well. excellent in every respect.

Of course, if he ever retires Lavanille I will have to stock up! : )

But it's that very same respect for classical perfumery that makes me love Vetyver Santal so much. I can smell the old sandalwood classics mixed perfectly with Guerlain Vetiver. Simply glorious.

I wonder if he has any matching soaps to match the upcoming Aftershave line of long discontinued scents.  Could be a good way to recapture some if the market as well.  That would be really intriguing.

We'll never retire Lavanille. It's one of the so-called "Big Four:" Seville, Cheshire, Bay Rum, and Lavanille are our four biggest sellers and are each popular enough to be retirement-proof. Smile

It's been discussed. They would likely be creams, rather than soaps, and will take some time yet because we have other things in store for the line first, but it's been discussed. Big Grin

We're actually considering doing a run of Petrichor around the holidays.

Will, was Vetyvr Santal just not that popular? I'm late to the party on it and didn't realize it was discontinued. Just got samples of 5 of your soaps from Maggard's in January and that was one of my favorite scents.
