And, GloryUprising, I missed the second part of your question. No, no professional perfumer was consulted. This is entirely my own work, born of my own research and education. I have gotten to the point now where I feel that I am competent enough to begin building fully-fledged fragrances, so expect to see several more in the future.
Possessing the full run of your commercial work (I suspect there may be a few efforts that failed to see the light of day) I have to say it is fascinating to see how your scents have evolved over time. This is not to say that earlier fragrances are in any way inferior (some still rank up there in my top 10), but through the various releases it is very clear how much effort you have put into refining the scent profiles. Fougère Gothic is truly an outstanding expression of your work. It is great to see your vision become reality. Keep it up.
