Might not be the best pairing, but I've been using unconditional surrender. I'm sure there are more complimentary AS out there though.

That's a good choice! Barrister and Mann approved.

Thanks! One of my favorite scents. I pair it with so many things, including Fireside.

Got the Petrichor w/ splash... after waiting a couple years! Thanks Will, for bringing scents back in an organized way

I got the Petrichor set, Diamond and Soapmakers of Awesometown. I'm looking forward to trying the new formula of the latter. From the INCI, compared to the one of the Glissant base, I see different proportions of the saponified fats, a mild surfactant and a new chelating agent.
I guess it will be super slick, with a great lather and easy to lather in hard water ;-)
What can you tell us about it, Barrister_N_Mann ?

This is all speculative, and Will rightfully keeps it close to the vest, but I wouldn't be surprised if this will be the base for the Barrister's Reserve soaps.

In truth, it's slightly experimental, but the base may go on to contribute to Barrister's Reserve. The formulation is fairly unusual, as artisanal soaps go, but it will lather in basically anything. Smile

That's what I thought but I didn't dare to say ;-)

The real question, which nobody is asking;
When are we going to get a B&M "Szechuan Sauce"?

Something like McDonald's made for the mcnuggets for a limited time during 1998 for the movie Mulan.

1998. I remember that year.

An even bigger question I haven't seen asked here is whether you guys knew that in 1998 the undertaker threw Mankind off hell in a cell, and plummeted 16ft through an announcers table?

ECW was the king show of pro wrestling.  I remember going to a warehouse on the docks in Philly to see ECW matches that did far worse.  For years WWF would not go anywhere near Philly due to the violent fans who would crash WWF events that got near there.  But if I had to choose a WWF fan favorite it would be Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake.

And getting back to B&M talk:  I order some samples from Maggard to test out.
