Yep. I never figured it would be hard to find compared to some of the limited soaps but so far no luck. If I run across a hidden stash I'll let you know

Maggard still has bottles of beard oil, I believe.

Hi Will,
just received your email about that new hp of yours. Nice!
But the decision not shipping international anymore sucks. Ordering from Maggard e.g. was an option all the while, but not my first choice.
So, in fact we guys outside the US cannot participate in your reward system anymore, we won't be capable of buying special stuff like last years Roam or Pre-Order products Maggards won't provide.
I say it plain: Bad customer service. Really dissapointed by your decision.

It's probably easier to say which won't, actually. Diamond, 42, and Fougère Gothique will not get samples, as well as any other one-offs that we do that haven't been announced. Other than that, everything will have samples available, including the Reserve soaps.

Well, wait a sec. Let me explain. I've given this a lot of thought.
Our average international shipping cost is $22.37 USD. I shipped a package to France today for a jar of Latha Oceana ($11) where the shipping was $22.50. That's huge. That poor guy paid twice the price of soap for the shipping.
In contrast, Maggard's average international shipping rate is just over $6 USD. That's a difference of ~$16, give or take. It statistically takes at least three orders to earn 500 points. Starting from the original signup bonus of 500 points, if you place enough orders to get to, say, 1000 reward points, which would yield a $10 coupon, you'll have spent $67.11, on average, to have gotten to that point.
So you would have spent $67.11 to save $10. You're in the red by $57.11 for really no reason other than that international shipping is expensive, a fact which is beyond our control.
As for the pre-orders and LEs, Maggard and our other retailers will be increasing their order volumes to handle the extra load. They're not stupid: they know that our decision will end up routing more volume through them, and they will be purchasing stock accordingly. And we no longer produce products that do not go to our retailers. We can't handle being the sole source of our work anymore; if nothing else, it tends to cripple our ordering system. So all of our LE stuff is going to our retailers anyway because we simply can't function any other way. I'm actually going to speak with Maggard and Italian Barber specifically about taking pre-orders through them, which will allow us to more accurately handle the production volume that they will require.
So the entire purpose of this is to save our international customers a considerable sum of money. If that's bad customer service, then I'm afraid we're guilty.

Name one other business where the owner takes the time to respond to such negativity. And on the weekend no less. He does the best he can, he is not a multinational fortune 500 company for Pete's sake. You still have full access to the entire product line and at a reduced shipping rate. Cheer up, no one needs to get railed on about something so petty. If I was Will I would consider breaking off contact on social media due to the impact of negative posts. It has to take a toll on one's outlook...
