Hi Will, can you tell me if your upcoming November 20 releases are going to be selling out of your Canadian vendors as well as your site?  There are some interesting offerings on the list.  I bought the Dickens last year and it was the only one of your products that I've had a reaction to - I'm not sure which ingredient it might have been but it was like putting cayenne pepper on my face.  The Latha and the Grande Chypre look very interesting, however.

Everything but the Latha Taiga splash will be available from Italian Barber. MenEssentials will also be carrying the Taiga soap, Le Grand Chypre soap, and Dickens (which I know you can't use). Badger Shaving will have everything but the Taiga splash as well, come to think of it.

Edit: Because of the tight timeline, these vendors may not have them on launch day, but the shipments are on their way.

Thanks Will, I didn't know there was a Taiga splash as its not listed on the release page - do you think it will eventually make its way to Canada? I take it that IB will have the Grande Chypre tonique as well?

We didn't list it because we wanted to keep it as a surprise for the last couple of days. Photos have been posted on our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

The splashes will not be going to the retailers for the foreseeable future; the profit margin is simply not great enough that we can afford to sell them for 50% of their MSRP. However, IB will indeed have the Le Grand Chypre tonique, yes.

I'm assuming the Latha splashes have a similar alcohol content as the toniques?  I'm not clear on that point because I do have the companion AS to the first Latha released - honestly good soap.  I think I got it from you so either its got no alcohol (he said hopefully) or it slipped under the radar as sometimes happened in the wild and wooly early days of the traditional wet shaving revolution.

No, the Latha splashes are alcohol-free.
