Hi Will,

I am sure this has been stated before in the thread but do you have an updated ETA on Cheshire in the new base and packaging? Fingers crossed for the 22nd.

Thank you

Tragically not. We're planning to finish the overhaul all at once, but we're still working out the finishes, since some of what we've been getting can smear a little bit, which is bad. Believe me, had I known it would take this long, I would never have signed on for the project, but I guess you live and learn. Apologies, Dominic. We're doing our best to push it through.

Oh come on, no apologies necessary. Thanks for letting me know the status. I do have Cologne Russe and Seville in the new base and packaging and really like them so just looking forward to adding Cheshire when it comes out.

Thanks again and hope you have a nice weekend!

Thanks for being so transparent about this Will. You acted in a responsible way, even offering to refund the difference in price. It's clear to me that this person's response seems to me not only disproportionate to the 'offense', but intended to harm you. You were a lot more restrained, even in your frustrated response, than I would have been.

Looking forward to the new soaps!
All the best,

The words ‘fear†or ‘despair†are both quite appropriate, although sometimes I would choose the word ‘frustrationâ€. Iâ€m frustrated that the events depicted just ten years ago in the movie Idiocracy are actually unfolding before us so soon. Itâ€s almost like people took what was in the movie and ran with it — not realizing that the movie was intended to be a parody.

And Iâ€m also very sorry that Will (or anyone else in a similar business situation) is forced to deal with grown-ups that behave worse than little children could ever behave.

Looking forward to seeing and reading more about the upcoming Barrister and Mann offerings!

Think of a floral, slightly acidic fruit underlaid by gentle spices and a touch of oak and fruitiness. We're very pleased with how it turned out. Smile

Wow. That is a very nice description. And I'll be honest, the pudding thing kind of threw me off. I might actually try this one though.

Kudos for trying something out of the mainstream. It only gives more choices for the consumer, which if I'm honest, we have an embarrassment of riches as it is.....
