Pacific Shaving Co silicone shave bowl. It can easily collapse while in travel status. It also can be nuked. Works great. Will take on my trip to Virginia. Purchased off Amazon Prime for under $11 delivered.

I see some Pacific Shaving Co stuff in the grocery store I work in. If I saw that bowl on the shelf or rack, it would magically appear in my next bag of groceries for home!!

Now here is some great customer service! I filled out a "Contact Us" form on the website yesterday afternoon, and within a short time Sean at Macduffs_Soap_Co got back to me and told me he could put together a tub of unscented soap for me today! I tried a sample of Birch+Root, and thought, This is a soap I'd love to have in unscented. So I asked. And Sean answered, and soon a puck of this wonderful soap will be happily at home in my soap drawer!

Now here is some great customer service! I filled out a "Contact Us" form on the website yesterday afternoon, and within a short time Sean at Macduffs_Soap_Co got back to me and told me he could put together a tub of unscented soap for me today! I tried a sample of Birch+Root, and thought, This is a soap I'd love to have in unscented. So I asked. And Sean answered, and soon a puck of this wonderful soap will be happily at home in my soap drawer!

What a beautiful label too! Some brands short-change the unscented art / names. Seems like Macaduffs saved some of their best for the unscented. Wicked cool.

Why "Aspen Parklands" for our unscented products?


Alberta is full of impressive landscapes that have inspired our line of scents--from the deep yellow prairie and foothills in the south, the Rockies in the west and then the Badlands in the east. With all of these just a short drive away, it's easy to take for granted what surrounds us everyday our own hometown of Edmonton, which is situated in the "aspen parkland" biome. River valleys, poplars, spruce and prairie grasses on a generally flat landscape might not seem exciting in comparison to more dramatic mountain vistas, but there is beauty in it's supposed plainness and so deserves it's place in our Alberta series.

DG "Luminous" w B15 knot.  Beautiful poor, lots of shimmer and the color changes depending on the angle the light hits it.  From blue-green, to blue, then purple and some angles it almost looks black.  All these pics are from the same side to attempt and show how it changes.
