I can't take credit for this. It was advice from Brian Twilley the former owner of Charcoal Goods.

So presumably your medieval finish is a chemical treatment that would need to be sealed? Unlike the heat treated Wolfman antique finish which holds up well.

Needs to be brass, bronze, or copper for material.
