Astra blades won't be confused with your soap, but it is a common name of an established brand in the relatively small world of wet shaving. In the same way that Crown Shaving Co is an established software brand wholesaling to barber shops, from before Crown King was started. In the same way Fine Accoutrements is a popular wet shaving retailer, from before PAA was started.
There are a lot of words and I'd often think nothing of a double-up... but when there's multiple examples it starts to add up to sus.
Crown King is a ghost town in Arizona, a few hours away that I visit my friend. Like "Phoenix" or "Tombstone", it is a local reference. I thought the name sounded badass also. Is Crown Shaving Co. even popular in this small shaving community you speak of? This may be the second time I have ever heard that name. It's unclear how this was suppose to benefit PAA.
Accoutrements?
ac·cou·tre·ment
/əˈko͞odərmənt,əˈko͞otrəmənt/
noun
plural noun: accoutrements
additional items of dress or equipment, or other items carried or worn by a person or used for a particular activity.
"the accoutrements of religious ritual"
synonyms: paraphernalia, equipment, stuff, things, apparatus, tackle, kit, implements, tools, utensils, material(s), appliances, rig, outfit, regalia, appurtenances, impedimenta, miscellaneous articles, odds and ends, bits and pieces, bits and bobs, trappings, accessories, trimmings, adornments, ornamentation, furnishings, fittings, appointments
FINE Accoutrements is not the first time I have heard the word accoutrements either, it was the right word for what we are. We actually lean more towards Phoenix Shaving these days because it's shorter. If I could do it all over again, and was really thinking like a marketer, it would have been shorter and I would have never used such a difficult word like Accoutrements for a business name.
So I fail to see how even doing any of that intentionally would benefit our business.
I'm sorry brother, you are looking way too deep into things that are simply not there. This is shaving here, nothing more suspect than that...enjoy it, life's too short otherwise.
