I overload for sure. Usually I do a 3 pass shave and have enough left over for 1 or 2 more passes.

Back the truck up and load it baby, what are you saving it for?  I admit that now that I can see the bottom of the tub of my 2014 Hallows, I'm a bit stingier with that one but more in that I'm not using it every day than loading a miserly quantity.

hrfdez hey, at least she's looking at you right?  There is no such thing as bad attention, its better that she thinks you're crazy than not thinking about you at all

As a general rule my wife doesn't get into "my" bathroom cabinet very often. She did Monday.

Her comment was she had NO IDEA how many soaps I had, why I needed so many and was senility setting in.

She is actually supportive of the hobby but doesn't get it in shape form or fashion.

My wife is pretty cool about it.  She doesn't get it, but she goes along with it.  Plus, I'm pretty much where I want to be regarding my gear, so she knows that my expenditures are just going to be on maintenance.  

Other than brushes, I don't really buy anything more, a soap here and there, but that's about it.

My wife started asking questions about why I needed this or that and so many, I reminded her about her shoes and purses, so we're on an understanding right now that as long as she gets a pair of shoes or purses every so often she doesn't ask about my Shaving gear lol.

I always load it up...

I am a loader! My soaps aren't overly expensive and they last a long time.

I facelather so I load it like it's going out of style.

Load it like you hate it, one of the first sayings I can across in wet shaving and it works a treat. Start with lots of product and small levels of water and build slowly and you can't get a lather wrong....unless it really is a terrible soap.
