I speak from experience when I say post it back to them at your own risk.
The Portuguese mail is among the shittiest in the world and these Tatara
chaps will not move until they receive it....it took me around 50 plus days
coupled with constant belly aching to get my refund.

If OP has no issues with shave quality may be a better idea to just get
a discount as "tarnished goods".

They never brought that up. In fact, they didn't even acknowledged the problem, ignored it and treated it like it doesn't exist. This, and the after I suggested nicely for a possible discount they flat out denied me.

They should replace your razor or give you partial refund. I think this is manufacture mistake, because it is under sand-blast finish.

Also, I am not understanding their prices,
yourshaving was selling same razor for 272 euros with free shipping.

They should but at this point it looks like they won't.
Maybe they sell their less than perfect examples to other retailers with such, I don't know. The whole thing is a joke.

They won't do diddly....unless PayPal is involved.
And as you said, you bought it from another seller so your contract is with them.
If u used PayPal with that merchant you could file a case of "item not as described"
and possibly get your money back.

The only reason Tats started to behave with me is when I opened a Paypal dispute.
Then they said: "that's so unfair to us"

Just file this one under lesson learned and move on from it...

They've been on my list since the incident with Tester28 which never should've happened and the lesson learned from that is just because a company lists a money back warranty doesn't always mean they will stand behind it until they are put to the test!! My opinion is that they should've replaced the product, no questions asked and regardless of where it was purchased, and ate all costs...period... This is a big black eye on their part and its not surprising they don't care with their track record!!

There are too many companies out there with much better products that stand behind their products like Blackland and Timeless that know and stand by their warranties, no questions asked!!

When I purchased my Taiga Ti Limited Edition, I needed service... and I cannot
shower enough praise on the HLS Team for how swiftly and painlessly they
took care of the issue to my complete satisfaction. This is with them
being literally in Siberia, so there is no excuse for any shaving goods mfr
acting like a twat.
