Hi all,
I've been interested for a while in trying Ginger's Garden Argan Shave Cream, mostly held back by the absence of scent samples. I mean, her scent list is Huge. So I thought I'd ask for advice.
I tend to prefer woody, earthy scents with little or no sweetness. My favorites are Proraso Sandalwood (about as delicate as it gets, for me) and Stirling Ozark Mountain (which I can't use, 'cause their soap makes my face break out). I like the Italian Barber sandalwood (very earthy) & Cyril Salter Vetiver (very smoky & spicey), both of which are strong, polarizing scents (lots of 'this smells horrible' reviews). I just got a tub of Italian Barber "Italy 1955" based on TSE's "Misses" video in which he described it as "muddy"; I haven't used it yet, but I really like the piney scent in the tub.
Anyone out there with similar tastes have any advice? Or anyone with more normal tastes who tried one & felt like it was too earthy?
