Alpha Shaving DE Razor Passaround - Call for Participants

Hi All,

Here's the pass around list.  Vlasta is going to send out two brushes and two razors, one for the West coast and one for the East coast.  As per the usual DFS pass arounds, keep the razor for a week or so and then send it along to the next person on the list for your area.  Once you have time, please share some feedback in this thread, whether good or bad.

As a precaution for the covid19 stuff, please soak the razor in alcohol, or something similar before using the razor and prior to shipping it off to the next person to limit our risks.

Demographically and shipping costs wise it seems smarter as I’m in western NY to ship me the razor after ShaveMD who is in OH and then down to PA instead of PA to NY back to PA.. if your going by who signed up based on date/post then I guess stick with the list the way it is.  Just my 2 sense.

we compile the list based on when someone agrees to join it..the shipping difference is negligible between PA to NY vs PA to California, usually....plus, it'd take up way more of my time to keep pass around lists set up based on who is closest to the person who currently has the items...

I was on the Carbon Shave pass-around,  Even with the big round box and burlap bag, priority mail was $8.20 from the west coast.  Shipping 10 miles was $7.50 to the next person.  The razor packaged was under 15oz. 

Depending on the size and weight, postage cost may not be a major consideration for the lists.

exactly..most ship in a flat rate box/padded envelope so the shipping is the same regardless of distance.
