Allow thread creators to close/lock their own buy/sell/trade threads

As the title states: should we add an option to allow thread creators to close/lock their own buy/sell/trade threads?

quick note: we will not be removing the wolfman automatic b/s/t lock, whatsoever.

Yes!!! Any questions or concerns can be addressed via PM's and the thread creator can always add more info later on. You've tried the nice way to keep trolls away and they always have to stick their nose in other's BST post.
