keto  Soaking the potatoes will draw out some of the starch resulting is a crispier fry. A 30 min. soak in cold water should be suffice but you can soak them longer if desired. Make sure to fully dry the potatoes before frying or baking them. I use a salad spinner myself.

Those look absolutely delicious. Would these times work if the skins are left on?

I have never made them with the skin but I've seen them done and most recipes will call for a lower temp and time. 360 to 390F / 15 to 20 minutes all depending the kind of potatoes and air fryer specs.

Garden fresh okra cut in to pieces. Egg dip then Flour/Cornmeal salt, pepper,garlic battered.
  Sprayed with olive oil and air fried 400 for 20 minutes.
