I recently bought myself an air fryer and decided for my needs on an Instant Vortex 6 quart. This has been a total life changer in my kitchen. I have barely used my stove since as the recipes are endless. All recipes are welcome as I'm expanding the use of my air fryer.

It all looks absolutely delicious!  Max Sprecher are air fryers difficult to clean?

Not mine cause it all fits in the main tray/basket with a removable bottom tray which can easily be removed and cleaned. Since it’s all non stick it’s easy breezy. There are many that have a larger basket that fits into the main tray which are bit more difficult to clean. When I did my research the main advise that was given was to choose for capacity and ease of cleaning.

I have been looking at the different air friers recently. I am looking for one of the multipurpose ones with options for rotisserie and dehydrating. I’m still looking.

There's more air fryers out there then cereal choices, it makes your head spin. Good luck with your quest.

Max, may I ask how much your unit weighs and what are its outside dimensions? I have been looking at a few but since it will not be permanently sitting on my kitchen counter, weight and size come into play. One thing I love about my food dehydrator is that it is not much bigger than a toaster oven and not heavy at all. This makes it very easy to take out and put away.

It's not very heavy and easily maneuverable but still large and not easily stored in a cabinet unless one has extra space.
The specs for my model Vortex 6 are listed on this link but here are the basics.

You guys are killing me. That looks sooooo good. Now I need to buy an air fryer. I don't even have the counter space for one.
