Picked up some Mandarin Bay - very excited to try it out.  I was thinking about coming back for the Oud Fruit but it sold out quick..great drop, thanks Mo!

Thank you so much for your order! Mandarin Bay is a fantastic scent featuring three distinct varieties of authentic Bay Rum essential oils. This scent has been released twice before in the Donkey Base, and both times it was popular.

I logged into Paypal early so I would be ready to order as soon as Mo posted the release online. I grabbed Oud Fruit (Mallard) and Tenebres (Maxima) immediately as I expected them so sell out quickly. I was right; they were gone in two hours. Maxima is my all time favorite soap formulation; I had to grab a tub of the final tallow release. I am hoping that the vegan formula will be at least as good, but it will be a challenge for Mo, a challenge he should be ready for.

Eight hours into the release, five soaps are sold out, including Reverence, which I ordered. I also ordered Fleur d' Iris, and Tuberose; those are still available, but I do not know how much longer they will be in stock.

I also picked up the Fleur d' Iris aftershave, even though I seldom use them, but that one seems quite nice.

Mo is hoping to get the orders out the door quickly; but with all the orders placed it is going to take a while. Please be patient.

I've ordered Cedarwood, Reverence, Oud Fruit, and Fleur d'Iris. Actually surprised the iris soap is still available. I passed on Tenebres as Frankincense is a bit iffy for me. I'd be shocked If vegan Maxima wasn't at least as good as the tallow formula, and more than likely it will be better. At this point I don't particularly care about the base so much because every one I've tried works great for me. A fun drop- a little bit of everything.

I figured Fleur-d Iris would sell out quickly as well. While it is a floral scent, the woody notes should keep it will rounded. That is why I purchased the aftershave as well as the soap. 

I like the aroma of Frankincense (aka Olibanum). It is a good thing that I do. I use a blend of essential oils including Frankincense to treat neuropathy pain. I works as well as lidocaine.

Mohammad has been trying to make every formula as good as Maxima 2023, which is my top performer of all the soaps I have tried. The latest Mallard is pretty close. I am hoping Optima, although priced more attractively, will be as good as Mallard. 

If anyone can make a vegan soap as good as Maxima tallow, Mohamad is the one to do it. The other vegan soaps I have tried have left me wanting for more.

I bought a couple of Mo's new soaps including my #1 favorite Pomp! So happy Mo has brought this one back with the Optimus base. Already know this base rocks as I've tried the ones Mo made specifically for TRC. I actually like the Optimus base better than Mallard or Maxima.

It is now Friday, Dec 6. BF was last week. Has anyone gotten a shipping notice?

I know Mo was overwhelmed by the response to the release. It is going to take a while for all the orders to be shipped, but I hope some are on the way.

I believe somewhere Mo said all orders will be shipped Monday 12/9
