Haha, I was just checking the editor trying to figure it out. I wanna know. too!!!

Use the Open Full Editor instead if the Quick Reply and add a gif from the gif toolbar selection. (it shows a smiling yellow gif)

to add emoticons, I was looking for gifs

I don't see any gifs there other than the smileys

If you are talking about an animated gif (ex. from Giphy) then you will need to search one yourself on the web and then upload it just like any other picture.

Same way you do pictures. Download it to your device and then click the black box with the white I and it will let you select the gif or pic from your device. Once selected it will insert it wherever your cursor is.
