I know nothing about SE and would like to give it a go. I look forward to reading the reviews from the SE crowd to see if this razor will become my first SE.

Same here. I don't have enough experience with SE razors to evaluate it properly. The only reasonable approach I can think of is to compare it with the OneBlade.

105 grams sounds really good.

Is the handle thin compared to others?
Hard to get a good idea of what it is without something beside it to give a little perspective.

Stan turned it around fairly quickly after first posting about it. Looking forward to hearing the reviews!

Iv e-mailed him a few times and he's always been great at replying.

I like the guarantee given with his razors as well.

Thanks for the info slantman! Hopefully it's soon - I simply don't need another handle, and I'd rather use my Colossus anyway.

It was cool D_SM! He attempted to explain to me some of the highly detailed design decisions on the SE, and while I had no clue what he was talking about, it was clear that he has an incredible mind for detail.

Fun fact: Stan claims that he didn't do market research by using the Mongoose and other competitors first, and wanted instead to design the ATT SE without reference to other SE models.

No need when there are plenty of used ancient GEM razors in perfect condition at 10% of the cost.
And they give a truly excellent shave with those GEM blades.
